Carrots are good for lung cancer

How often do you eat carrots?
A few years ago, my father was diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer. He has now recovered through consistent chemotherapy. At that time, my mother grated carrots and made juice for my father every day. Because carrots are good for lung cancer.

Carrots are high in vitamin A, so they are said to be good for certain cancers and to prevent cancer. You can eat carrots raw, but it tastes better if you slightly steam them and grind them with apples and yogurt.

Eat carrots often and have a healthy year.
