Squid Scallion Pancake Recipe (Ojingeo Pajeon)




This Korean pancake is crispy, savory, and perfect for a snack or side dish.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup water

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup chopped squid (cleaned)

1 bunch scallions (cut in half lengthwise)

Oil for frying


Instructions:

In a bowl, mix flour, water, egg, and salt to form a smooth batter.

Add chopped squid and mix.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour the batter and place scallions on top.

Cook until golden brown on both sides.
