On November 2, at the Shincheonji Cheongju Church, the 116th Zion Christian Mission Center Graduation Ceremony was held, celebrating a total of 59,192 graduates who have successfully finished the course.
The Zion Christian Mission Center offers free, systematic Bible education that focuses on the “prophecies and their fulfillment,” regarded as the core of Christian faith. The curriculum covers the entire Bible in three stages—elementary, intermediate, and advanced—and students must score over 90 points on a comprehensive final exam to graduate.
Despite the challenges of returning to full in-person classes after the pandemic, the number of graduates continues to soar. “The fact that nearly 60,000 people completed the program through a strict curriculum demonstrates the growing thirst for truth that transcends denomination and tradition,” a Shincheonji representative said.
One of the most notable trends is the increasing number of pastors among the graduates. This year, 2,248 pastors received their certificates, bringing the total number of clergy graduates over the past four years to more than 13,500.
Among them was former pastor Oh Sun-kyung, who once founded and led three churches. Sharing her testimony, she said, “Even after reading the Bible more than 30 times, I couldn’t understand the Book of Revelation. But through the lessons at Zion Christian Mission Center, everything became clear. My life completely changed.”
Reflecting on her journey, she added, “I often wonder how different my ministry would have been if I had learned this truth earlier. Now, I want to pray for those who still do not understand Revelation and share this message of life beyond denominational boundaries.”
Tan Young-jin, General Director of Zion Christian Mission Center, emphasized the divine significance behind the growth. “Despite intense opposition and misunderstanding, Shincheonji has held four massive graduation ceremonies with over 100,000 attendees each. Producing tens of thousands of graduates again this year is possible only because God is with us,” he said.
He continued, “These graduates have matured into knowledgeable believers who clearly understand the realities of the Bible—something even many pastors have not experienced. What’s happening here is a genuine restoration of faith centered on the Word.”
The ceremony, held under the theme “Love and Blessing, Light to the World,” featured a series of heartfelt moments, including the national pledge, congratulatory speeches, a message from Chairman Lee Man-hee, blessing prayers, the awarding of certificates, a testimony presentation, and a celebratory performance.
As the event concluded, the atmosphere was filled with joy, tears, and gratitude. For many, it was not just a graduation, but a spiritual awakening—a moment to begin a new life rooted in understanding, faith, and unity.
